Dear Kevin,

I am looking a good discussion on futur establishment of AfAS . One of the very important points raised during discussion is estabilishemnt of all African country representative committe in order to work By-law and Working rule. In order to develop AfAS laws, working rules and others each African country should deligate his own representatives legally and the committee should take legally permission from AU. Unless it will be difficult to raise fund and to coordinate at contenital level.
